Dr. R. C. Biradar is the Pro Vice Chancellor at REVA University, bringing over 34 years of experience in academia, research, and administration. A seasoned expert in wireless networks, network security, and smart antennas, he has authored over 150 publications and holds multiple patents. Dr. Biradar has successfully led research projects with funding exceeding ₹1 crore and holds three granted patents. His leadership has significantly advanced REVA's research output and academic excellence. He is also a senior member of IEEE and serves on technical committees for ISRO and DRDO, contributing to national defense and space technology initiatives.
